ARM Holdings, LP is a Georgia (USA) limited partnership established in 1997 as a corporate entity for founder Anthony R. Morgenthau (ARM).

Mr. Morgenthau is an investment banker and the founder and CEO of Morgenthau & Associates, Inc. (a FINRA Registered Stock Brokerage Firm) established in 1972.

Mr. Morgenthau’s credentials include past registration with the Securities & Exchange Commission as a Principal, Financial Principal as well as a Municipal Principal.

Morgenthau and Associates, Inc. was the first company placed under the ARM Holdings, LP umbrella.

Anthony R Morgenthau serves as the President of General Partner for ARM Holdings, LP. He brings more than five decades of proven success in the areas of investment banking, tax and estate planning, oil and gas exploration, real estate investing and venture funding of early-stage companies.

Charles J. Azoff is a seasoned Senior Executive with more than 40 years of experience. Mr. Azoff’s strengths include business operations, corporate finance, international relations, strategic partnerships, and Human Resources. His primary focus is strategy, development, and new venture capitalization. In addition, his purview includes due diligence, and he is responsible for recommending projects to the founder, Anthony R. Morgenthau.

Dan Assenmacher joined ARM Holdings, LP in 2020 where he functions today as in-house General Counsel and business strategy advisor to the many investments within the ARM Holdings portfolio. Dan brings many transferrable skill sets applicable to any business industry.
